The Group has also partnered with INSETA in the appointment of 33 learners living with disabilities. The table below highlights the progress made with regard to learnerships: Effectiveness of the training hubs In linewith legislation and in order to improve capacity building to effectively and appropriately facilitate an understanding of products offered, six regional training hubs were established. The regional training hubs allow for better tailoring of the particular training needs of a region and enhance their ability to respond efficiently and effectively to emerging needs. The trainers have been up-skilled to meet the changing needs of the business thereby effectively operating as business partners. The table below depicts the number of product training interventions that took place since the inception of the training hubs.
