4.5 Business documents  Mortgage The latest statement of this account and/or correspondence must be kept.  Business contracts This section refers to the memorandum of association of your businesses as well as any outstanding contracts which have not yet been finalised.  Trade licenses If you had any trade licenses in your name, copies should be kept on file.  Details of any sureties In case of any sureties, the original contract (or a copy) should be kept on file.
