Our TCF Mission Statement

AVBOB is committed to upholding the following six core outcomes in relation to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) TCF initiative:

  1. Embrace Culture
    Customers can be confident when dealing with AVBOB that the fair treatment of customers is central to AVBOB’s culture.
  2. Accurate Targeting
    AVBOB’s products and services marketed and sold in the retail market are designed to meet the needs of our customers and are targeted accordingly.
  3. Clear Information
    Customers are given clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale.
  4. Best Advice
    Where customers receive advice, the advice is suitable and takes account of their circumstances.
  5. Improved Delivery
    Products and associated services provided to our customers are of an acceptable standard and perform as promised.
  6. Post Sales Treatment
    Customers do not face unreasonable barriers after the sale to change any product, switch to an alternative service provider, submit a claim or lodge a complaint.
